The Spark

Whether you’re an Interactive Designer or not, A List A Part should be in your RSS reader. Weekly, they post informative, thought-provoking, well-written articles on creativity, web design, client relationships, and more. “List” used to be very interactive-focused, with tutorials and writing about emerging trends, but have shifted over the past few years to cover a broader range of creative topics while upping the quality each and every time.

One of this week’s articles is “Saving the Spark: Developing Creative Ideas” which hits home on everything we do here at HQ. The writer presents a model that has worked for him in the past with idea development (brainstorming!!!) and how to cultivate it – not kill it. It’s a good little read.

  1. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
